A good diet will greatly effect your health and natural beauty. Even a strict diet is a must when you are suffering some illness, or having excessive weight.

The words ‘a strict diet’ itself sound hard, unless horrible. Imagine you have to eat food with less, less, less….: less sugar, less salt, less variety, less taste. Pay attention to your sleep quality and quantity. Arrange your bedroom in a way that you can enjoy a sound sleep. Some people need to sleep for 8 hours, others 6 hours, or 4 hours per day.

Last but not least, don’t talk about your dieting all the time. People will find you tedious, and you will be thinking more about food. Find your own dieting style that is most convenient for you. Do your diet seriously, but take it easy.
