Natural Hair Color

'Dye' your hair naturally, with no chemicals, no lead, no artificial dyes. Commercially available Hair Coloring uses chemicals that remove, replace, or enhance the natural pigments in the hair shaft. There are many adverse effects that can result from their use.

- skin irritation, itching, burning, irritation, redness, discomfort
- allergies to the chemicals like PPD (p-Phenylenediamine)
- hair breakage or weakening, over-processing
- skin discoloration or drying
- unpredictable coloring (mostly with at home dyes)

As well as the undesirable effects listed above, there are more serious health concerns that are potential problems from chemical hair colorants. While there is some debate as to the reality of the problems from hair coloring, the risk simply does not need to be taken.

There are publications regarding the dangers of hair dyes including:

- An FDA study that found lead acetate in many dyes to be toxic.
- Articles that refer to the development of some forms of cancer including leukemia, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, bladder cancer, blood cancer, and multiple myeloma as a result of hair dye usage.
- Prolonged use of permanent dark hair dyes can potentially double a person's risk of getting various types of blood cancer.
- Some experts suspect that hair bleach can kill brain cells.
- A known human carcinogen, 4-ABP, was found in some home hair dyes.

Natural hair colorants such as the plant powders Henna, Indigo, Cassia, and Amla (click on each to read more about it) can safely be used to enhance or change your hair color. They are plant powders that are mixed with lemon juice, water, and/or yogurt, in your own home, to make a paste that is applied to your hair and scalp.

Because they are natural, and do not strip the natural pigment from your hair, the color you get from these powders will depend on the color of the hair you are coloring. For instance, henna alone used on white hair will produce red, while straight henna on brown hair will result in auburn hair.

These powders are safe to use on chemically treated or dyed hair, also. They are safe to use as often as you wish. If you color your hair with these powders and get a color that is not dark enough, you can easily deepen it with another application.

It does take a few days to realize the final color of your treatment, since the color will continue to settle into the hair shaft for a couple of days, due to the oxidation process. This natural process occurs as the plant colorants are exposed to the air similar, to how a cut apple turns brown with time.

You're likely to find that most hairdressers are "anti-henna" since they have only been exposed to "compound" hennas mixed with dyes, lead acetate or other metal fixants in them. Our powders are pure leaf powders with no fixants or anything else in it. You can be assured it is the best quality and will not give poor results.

As with any product, test for allergic reactions. You should also try the paste on a small sample of hair (take hair out of your hairbrush for this) to see what the resultant color will be on your hair.

HOW TO USE THESE NATURAL COLORANTS

If you are using Amla, or Indigo you do not need to premix the powder with lemon juice. ONLY HENNA or CASSIA NEED TO BE MIXED WITH LEMON JUICE AND SIT OVERNIGHT. Indigo and Amla can be mixed and combined with the henna when you are ready to apply it.

Whatever combination of powders you use, follow these guidelines in mixing:

100g combined powders for short hair

200g for collar length straight hair

300g for shoulder length straight hair

500g for waist length straight hair

Please note that these are starting guidelines and your hair may need more or less.

Mix henna or cassia with enough lemon juice to make a paste with the consistency of mashed potatoes. If your skin is sensitive to lemon and is itchy after using henna, use orange juice, grapefruit juice, or a liquid that is less acidic than lemon juice.

Cover the container of paste with plastic wrap and let it rest overnight at room temperature or in a warm area. As the henna or cassia rests, the acid in the lemon juice will release the color from the plant powder. This slow, acidic release will get you the best results. If you're in a hurry, put it in a warm place, but NOT a hot place! Your henna will be ready in two hours at 95F.

Once the paste is done sitting, stir in a little more lemon juice or a fragrant tea to make the paste about as thick as yogurt. Add a little at a time to get the right consistency.

For Indigo or Amla, simply mix with enough water to make a paste the consistency of yogurt. This does not need lemon juice. Simply use warm water, adding a bit at a time so it doesn't become too thin. Once your Indigo or Amla is mixed, you can stir all your pastes together that you plan on mixing. Make sure you stir it completely so you don't get streaked hair.

You can also apply one paste first, let it sit, rinse it out, then apply another paste to your hair at a later time. If you apply the pastes at separate times, you will get deeper or darker color.

For instance, to get a very deep black hair color, you should first color your hair with henna, then color it with indigo after the henna'd hair has dried. If you don't want as deep of a black, you can simply mix the henna and indigo together and apply as a single paste.

This process can get messy, so wear gloves to avoid tattoing yourself with the paste. You can prepare smaller amounts to cover roots between full colorings. There is medical test evidence that henna is relaxing, and can soothe headaches. The paste can feel heavy on your head if you have a lot of hair.

To apply the paste to your hair, wash and dry your hair, then comb it through. You may want to section your hair for easier application. Start at the back and work the paste all the way to the scalp. Apply the paste thickly like frosting. More henna makes a richer stain and better coverage. Bring down the next section and cover that part.

Continue until all of your hair is covered, then pile all of your hair onto the top of your head and wrap with plastic wrap. Cover with an old towel if you wish, but the towel may get dyed if the paste gets onto it. Clean off any exposed skin to avoid dyeing it.

Allow the paste to sit on your hair for 2-4 hours before checking the color. If your hair is very resistant to dye, you can keep it on longer. Find a comfortable spot and rest if you wish. If you plan on moving around, make sure you wrap the hair securely, or it will start to drip or seep out of the plastic.

Finally, wash the henna mix out of your hair. Simply rinse with warm water. You can either jump in the shower or hang your head over the tub and rinse most of it out. Finish removing the paste by shampooing the last of it out. Dry and style as usual.

Your hair will probably have a distinct odor to it for a couple of days. If you dislike the smell of the paste/powder, simmer a teaspoon of lavender bud or rosemary powder in water, strain out the plant residue, and rinse your hair with lavender or rosemary tea to combat the herb-y smell. Or, you could add cinnamon to the paste before applying it.

At first, hair dyed with henna may seem coppery bright. Don't panic. This will darken during the next several days if you used an acidic mix. Body art quality henna dyes hands and feet easily, but not your ears or the nape of your neck. If you wiped off the henna, you won't see anything at all. If you didn't clean it up, the stain will fade in three days or so.

Your hair will take 3 days to settle into the true color. This is the oxidation process like when an apple browns when exposed to air. Be patient and do not panic. The coloring might be best done on a Friday night when you don't have plans for the weekend so you can let it settle before going back to work on Monday. Thicker, longer applications mean richer color. Apply henna like cake frosting. Get it down to the scalp.

This works on beards and mustaches, too.

Henna powder is ground from dried leaves of the "lawsonia inermis" plant. When mixed with a mildly acidic liquid, henna will stain skin, hair, and fingernails reddish-orange. It strengthens hair, adds shine, and is anti-fungal, helping eliminate problems like dandruff, lice and ring-worm. It strengthens the hair shaft as it colors, leaving your hair shiny, healthy, and beautiful.

Henna has long been used as a natural temporary tattoo. Skin is painted with henna, and left to sit for a length of time. Then, the skin carries the color in the form of a tattoo, but fades with the sloughing of skin. It is often used overseas in wedding rituals, and much more.

Indigo is among the oldest dyes to be used for textile dyeing and printing. It is also a powder ground from a variety of plants, including many of the Indigofera species. It is used as a food coloring, known as FD&C Blue No. 2 in the US. The sodium salt of indigo is used as a dye in renal function testing and as a reagent in the testing of milk. When used with henna or amla it can produce a wide range of colors, resulting in the dark hues in brunette colors. It is a basic, or alkaline, paste, unlike henna, so it does not need lemon juice to activate it. It creates strength and shine along the hair shaft.

Amla comes the fruit of a deciduous tree, which is called as Emblica Officinalis. All parts of the plant are used for various ayurvedic herbal preparations, including the fruit, seed, leaves, root, bark and flowers. It is commonly used in inks, shampoos, hair oils, and for fixing dyes in fabrics. It is also taken internally for a variety of reasons.

Used with henna and indigo, it creates a softer brown. It is probably nature's best hair conditioner. Use the paste weekly to protect, strengthen, and create shine on your hair. It can also be made into an oil and applied to the hair daily. It has a smell like raw cranberries and tree bark. Amla enhances waves and curls, but can also be used on skin as a mask to tighten and firm skin.

TO USE: after the henna sits overnight, mix in the amla (1/3 to 1/2 the amount of henna that you used to start) into it, then add water to make the mixture yogurt consistency. Complete the process as listed above.

Cassia is an excellent conditioner for any hair, regardless of color. Cassia is a green leaf powder that smells strongly like mown grass when mixed with water. It is alkaline like Indigo, and does not require lemon juice to activate the color molecule.

It makes hair glossy and thick, shiny, silky and strong - even damaged or bleached hair. Cassia has a golden yellow dye molecule. It will not alter the color of dark or red hair, but will make gray or blond hair turn golden. You can mix it with any other powder combination, or alone, with equally fantastic effects. The conditioning effects last for about a month. Mix cassia and henna to make shades of blond, strawberry blond and coppery red.

These plant powders work great and give you beautiful hair without worrying about chemicals and the after effects. Try it yourself, and you will be glad you did.

What's All the Sweat About?

One of the most common personal hygiene issues concerns a process that is absolutely essential for human life and yet which is perceived by many to be undesirable and dirty. This process is called perspiring or sweating, and it plays a vital role in maintaining normal health. Amongst the essential functions of perspiring are the elimination of toxins, maintaining the balance of salt levels, and the regulation of body temperature.

Under normal circumstances we are all continually perspiring, losing around one or two pints of liquid a day through our skin. Generally, this evaporates very quickly, and our skin and clothes do not feel or appear to be damp. However, if we exert ourselves by exercising energetically perspiration increases and we realise that we are sweating. The same effect can be achieved through the release of adrenaline due to fear or worry, or because we are in an environment that is too warm for the body.

Experiments have shown that perspiration is almost odourless when fresh, but when allowed to remain on the skin it develops the well-known sweaty odour commonly referred to as BO. Much of this is due to the presence of bacteria that breed in the warm, moist, nutrient-rich conditions created by perspiration. For many years man has been looking for ways to prevent or overcome this smell, and this has lead to the introduction of three main product categories - perfumes, deodorants and antiperspirants.

Mask that Smell!

The use of sweet smelling plants and herbs goes back thousands of years and was once the main method of counteracting noxious odours. Some of these plant materials were very highly prized - of the three precious gifts presented to the infant Jesus by the Wise Men, two were perfumes - Frankincense and Myrrh. In more recent times, but before regular washing became the norm, those who could afford to carried with them a small, specially prepared bouquet of herbs and flowers. Called a nosegay, the principal function of this was to disguise or mask any unpleasant smell that might be encountered during social occasions, i.e. when meeting other people. As we now realise, simply masking a bad smell does not make it go away and does nothing to remove the cause, which is why there is so much interest in our second category - deodorants.

Prevent that Smell!

With our increasing knowledge of microbiology and a greater understanding of how some smells are caused it was only a matter of time before scientists entered the battle against BO. Realising that much of the problem was caused by bacteria breeding on skin and hair that was exposed to perspiration, they figured that the best approach would be to prevent these bacteria from breeding, thereby having a deodorising action. Various ideas were put proposed, and the first commercial deodorant was launched in 1888. Unfortunately, in the quest for ever stronger and more effective deodorants, stronger and more powerful chemicals started to be used.

Some of these chemicals have now been linked to health problems ranging from skin irritation and contact dermatitis from alcohol and triclosan, to more serious problems such as reported lung damage from zirconium salts in some deodorant sprays. These problems lead to more stringent laws about what can be used in deodorants, but many consumers are still concerned about the huge range of synthetic ingredients still used in most commercial deodorants. That these synthetic ingredients are not necessary we shall see later in this article.

Plug the Gap!

The most recent weapons created in the fight against BO were developed in the last 50 years and are known as antiperspirants. Looking at the root cause of the problem, it seems obvious that if you cut off the supply of nutrients needed by the bacteria, they will stop multiplying and the problem will cease.

Based on this theory, a range of chemical antiperspirants was developed to physically prevent sweat from being excreted. Most antiperspirants contain ingredients which react with protein molecules present in perspiration and swell to form a gel-like substance. For these to be effective, it is important that their molecular size is small enough to allow them to enter skin pores so that when they swell and turn to a gel, they effectively block the pores and prevent sweat from being secreted.

Amongst the ingredients that have this property and which are commonly used in antiperspirants are Aluminium chlorohydrate and Aluminium zirconium chlorohydrate. These are both based on aluminium and, like most aluminium salts, they can cause skin irritation. Unfortunately, the inflammation they can cause may spread beyond the areas where the antiperspirant is being applied, leading to more general inflammation. Antiperspirants also have another down-side - not only can they cause the problems mentioned above, but they also prevent the body from eliminating toxins through perspiration, and greatly reduce our ability to regulate body temperature. With three good reasons to avoid antiperspirants, it is no wonder that more and more people are looking for more natural ways to prevent body odour.

Natural Deodorants - a Good Alternative!

One of the most interesting ingredients used in natural deodorants is a naturally occurring mineral salt called Alunite. Otherwise known as Ammonium alum, this is an abundant earth mineral and, along with other forms of alum, forms about 8% of the earth's crust. It is found in small quantities in many of the foods we eat, and is considered as very safe in personal care and other external uses.

It should be noted that whilst Ammonium alum does contain some aluminium, it is bonded into a molecule that is physically too large to penetrate the skin. This is because the largest molecule that can penetrate the skin has a molecular mass of less than 500 Da, whereas Alunite has a molecular mass of 670 Da - much too large to be able to pass through the skin. Therefore, this ingredient will not block pores nor cause skin irritation in the same way that the aluminium salts mentioned in connection with antiperspirants can.

When Ammonium alum is applied to the skin it acts as a coagulant, constricting protein and thereby reducing the ability of bacteria to thrive. It is not such a powerful antibacterial as some synthetic substances used, but when applied regularly to freshly washed skin it is remarkably effective.

Another interesting ingredient in natural deodorants is Zinc ricinoleate. This is the zinc salt of ricinoleic acid, extracted from the seeds of the castor oil plant. Zinc ricinoleate does not inhibit normal perspiration, and will not interfere with the natural flora of the skin. Instead, it 'fixes' the odours produced by bacterial decomposition in sweat so that they cannot be released into the atmosphere and cause the characteristic sweaty smell.

The Outer Glow From an Inner Beauty

Beauty is a quality possessed by an object or a person that gives intense pleasure or deep satisfaction to the senses. When we think of the beautiful, we equate it with a positive feeling of pleasure or goodness. Beauty is a subjective experience that could lead to powerful feelings of attraction and emotional well being. As society imposes a strong expectation on women to be beautiful, beauty can present a standard of comparison and may cause resentment and dissatisfaction when not achieved. Beauty may have inspired humans throughout history, but the quest of beauty can sometimes lead to obsession and eating disorders.

As too much emphasis is placed on superficial beauty, the inner person tends to be undermined. Outward beauty can remain to be superficial. Although the media puts emphasis on outward physical beauty, it cannot be denied that inner beauty has withstood the ages. Intelligence, kindness and creativity are some of the qualities of inner beauty. Glitz and glamour may elicit awe-inspiring emotions, but inner beauty can stir a being to the depths of its soul. We tend to create our own criteria for judging the beauty of a woman. Prominent cheekbones, deep set eyes, luscious lips, flawless skin and perfect hair coupled with a shapely figure.

Society has created a standard of beauty that has become a mould that every woman wants to fit in. It can be a frustrating endeavor to try to fit in within the limits of outward physical beauty. Inner beauty, on the other hand has no limits. Inner beauty surpasses and transcends. Inner beauty sees no need to fit into a standard as it has the liberty to follow the dictates of its own virtues. Outward beauty may just be well the icing on the cake, but inner beauty is the complete substance within which is a blend of many fine characteristics such as etiquette and good manners, intelligence and character, charm and sense of humor, creativity and social and family values.

That inner beauty that makes a woman whole within will make her radiant on the outside with a warm and ready smile for everybody and soulful eyes that see good in all things. Just as there is a marked difference between a dear intricately hand-woven Persian carpet and a cheap machine made carpet, so is there a distinct disparity between shallow outward beauty and genuine inner beauty. Outward beauty can go to the extent of perfection but it remains spurious if it is ill-bred and heartless. Inner beauty on the other hand is elegantly hand knotted, each and every silky colorful thread so carefully crafted to create an astounding design of character and personality that fashions the masterpiece of a uniquely beautiful woman.

Inner beauty is a unique art on its own. Outward beauty can only be more appreciated if it stems from an inner beauty that sees a more noble purpose other than superficiality and vanity. For a woman to be truly beautiful, inner beauty must be inherently cultivated while the physical beauty is enhanced. It is well worth it to take care of yourself and your inner beauty. The next time you look into the mirror, ask yourself what true beauty is and if you are indeed beautiful. Once you take time to nourish your inner beauty, no doubt that that inner beauty will eventually come out on the surface.

Only then will you see that you are truly a beautiful woman.

10 Tips to Perfectly “Natural” False Lashes

Ever wanted those full, long lashes like the models on the mascara commercials? Then this is the article for you! I will teach you how to get the look of long, beautiful, and full lashes that will give your look an added umph day or night. From which lashes to buy, to how to put them on, to how to remove them at the end of the day, you will learn everything you need to know to get the look you have always craved but were always afraid to try. Tip #1: Individual Lashes =Longer Lasting To start, go to your favorite beauty or drugstore and purchase a set of “individual lashes”, these are the lashes that come small bunches of 5 to 10 fibers. You will typically get about 20 bunches per pack and come with a small tube of adhesive. These type of lashes are longer wearing and more natural looking as compared to the lashes that are just a strip of lashes. Tip #2: Get the Glue Out Making this process easy is what will make it the most effective. To that end, squeezing out about a dime-size glob of glue to dip lashes in while applying is easier than getting glue from the tube each time you need it. For this process, clear and black glue work equally well on all color lashes. Tip #3: Use Tweezers for Handling A pair of slant tip tweezers will work best when you go to pick up your lashes and are much more precise than using your fingertips. To apply lashes, pick them up by the tips with the tweezers, then gently dip the back end (the end where they are in a bunch at) into the glue you have set aside. Aim for a thin even coating, not a huge glob, as that will affect the way they adhere to your real lashes. Tip #4: Apply on Top not Below Your Lashes Once you have properly coated the back end of the lashes with the glue, take the tweezers and gently but firmly apply the lashes to the top of your lashes of your upper eyelid. You want the glue to adhere to your real lashes as well as the lid. For the best results, start from the outer corner of the eye and work your way toward the middle. Tip #5: Keep Looking Straight This may seem like commonsense, but it is often neglected when applying lashes. You must keep your eyes open and looking into a mirror to see if you are applying the lashes evenly. Tip #6: The Fewer the Lashes the Better The old saying is still true, less is always more. To keep your look natural yet dramatic, try to only use four to five individual lashes per eye. You want the length to be at the outer edges of your eye and the effect to be more subtle (i.e. your own lashes) toward the middle of your eye. Tip #7: Correct any Lashes While you are applying your lashes, you may get one that is crooked or just doesn’t look right, toss it and try again. In each pack of lashes, there are plenty so don’t try to reuse one that just isn’t working. Tip #8: Camouflage & Disguise Now that your lashes are all on and they look symmetrical on each eye, it is time to disguise your work. Cake eyeliner applied with an angle brush works best for this step. After the glue is dry, dip the angle brush in the cake liner and glide along lash line where the glue and lashes meet your lid. Tip #9: Finish with Mascara After you apply the cake liner to both lids, grab your favorite mascara and apply at least two coats. This is probably the most important step because is blends the false lashes into your real lashes and acts as a second adhesive for the false lashes to stay on. Definitely don’t skip this step! Tip #10: Remove Lashes with Eye Makeup Remover When you are ready to remove your lashes, without pulling out any of your own, you will need a good eye makeup remover. A personal favorite is a liquid to foam eye makeup remover because the foam is activated without the use of water and you can let it sit on the area where needed for a few minutes before rinsing. To get all the lashes and makeup off, you may have to repeat the process a few times. There you have it, the 10 tips to natural false lashes. This technique works wonders for any occasion and will have you be the envy of all your friends the next time you step out. As with any makeup or cosmetics, practice always makes perfect, especially with false lashes. I would recommend you set aside about 30 minutes to practice a few times before wearing your lashes in public to ensure the look is natural and the lashes stay put for the duration. Please note, for eye health, you should remove your lashes after every use, never go to sleep in them

Getting a Natural Look When Wearing Makeup

One of the best and most attractive ways to wear facial makeup is to wear it in a way that makes it look as if you have no makeup on at all. Essentially, less is much much more. The art of wearing makeup which looks like you are wearing none is often referred to as minimalist, nude, and sheer looks.

Here are some easy ways to help you look more natural even when you are wearing makeup.

The first thing you can do of course, it simply by "invisible" makeup products. These are cosmetics which are specifically designed to look as natural as possible on your skin. These often work very well to create a very fresh look on your face. In reality of course, the sheer cosmetics are actually helping to accent some of the best features you have.

Use a non-foundation to help get a smoother and more natural, younger look to the skin on your face. These foundations, or cosmetic bases, often natural skin tone very closely, and make you naturally look as if you have gorgeous porcelain skin.

Try using a light tinted moisturizer instead of a foundation. These lightly tinted moisturizers will help protect and hydrate your skin, while adding a very light natural touch of color as well. Like foundations these can also be worn under your makeup.

Use a clear lip gloss, or a nude and natural color of lipstick which simply produces a bit of sheen on your lips. Nicklaus can be used alone, but you might try adding it on top of a light or neutral shade of lipstick too. If you're lipstick appears to be purely fair, or is hardly even noticeable, then you have reached your natural looking goal.

Other types of invisible make up products and cosmetics are available for all your needs. You'll find there are invisible eyeshadows, tints which can be used on your lips, light-colored eyebrow pencils, natural looking blushes, and many other wonderful products.

You don't have to buy special cosmetics and makeup in order to achieve the same look so. All you have to do is choose cosmetic colors which closely match your skin tone. For the eyeshadow for instance, you would simply use a color that shades your eyes slightly. Choose two to three eyeshadow colors which closely match the skin tone of your own eyeshades. Then put the medium color on your eyelid, put the darker color in the crease of your eye to help enhance the shadows, and put the lighter color under your eyebrow.

The same technique can be used with your blush. Choose to shades which closely match the skin color around the cheekbone area of your face. Put the lighter color of blush on the cheekbone itself, and put a slightly darker color under the cheekbones leading back towards the ears. This will help accent the slight shadow under your cheekbone, and make your face look thinner naturally.

Fragrance - Learn About This Powerful Accessory

There are five main fragrance families. All the leading perfume companies use these notes to blend a variety of wonderful fragrances.

  • Floral ~ Used only for women. Includes assorted bouquets of flower combinations.
  • Citrus ~ Think crisp and energetic. Both men and women's fragrances can utilize citrus notes.
  • Oriental ~ These fragrances are exotic, spicy and warm. There are richer notes in this fragrance and it tends to be longer lasting because of the richer notes. Oriental notes are used in both men's and women's fragrances.
  • Chypre ~ These fragrances are based on woody and mossy notes blended with florals. Patchouli and oakmoss are key ingredients giving an earthy, woody feeling.
  • Woody ~ These fragrances are blended with sandalwood, cedarwood and vetiver. Typically more of a man's fragrance, there have been more excellent women's choices blending woody with floral or citrus notes.
  • Fougere ~ This fragrance tone is used in more than 66% of all men's fragrances. The notes of lavender, geranium, tobacco and coumarin are used. These notes can give a clean, well groomed impression.

Now that you know the major fragrance families, let's learn about the concentration of scent. Have you ever wondered why some fragrances last all day and others are barely noticeable? Typically it's because ot the concentration of essential oils and fragrance to the product carrying the fragrance. The higher the concentration ot essential fragrance, the longer lasting your fragrance will be. Here's what you need to know.

  • Eau de Cologne ~ is 2-6% fragrance. This is appropriate for younger people i.e. tweens, teens and early twenties. Younger fragrance wearers tend to over spray their scents. This lighter concentration will help them be appealing, not over powering. It is also a nice choice if you work in environments like hospitals or close working environments. You won't overpower people wearing this concentration of fragrance.
  • Eau de Toilette ~ is 8-15% fragrance. This is a great choice for daily wear. It lasts longer and is more reasonably priced than higher concentrations. You may need to re-apply once during the day.
  • Parfum/Perfume ~ 16-22% fragrance. This is the queen of fragrance. It tends to be higher quality, lasts most of the day or evening and is an elegant choice. Expect to pay more for this concentration.

Now that you know your choices, here's how you apply your fragrance. Apply at your pulse points: wrists, neck, heart, and back of your knees. Never rub your wrists together, this changes the fragrance. Simply allow it to dry naturally. You can also spray a mist of fragrance in front of you at the heart level and walk through it.

There are many wonderful fragrances that are reasonably priced. Your fragrance is an accessory that can attract or put off. Be sure you choose what's right for you!
